Order Processing Time

All orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1 working day of being placed. In most cases, orders are picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch the following working day.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes up to 3 working days depending on the courier service and the delivery location within the United Kingdom.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed but may only be sent out on the next working day.


UK Shipping Methods & Delivery Partners

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure reliable and secure delivery of your order. Depending on the size, weight, and destination of your parcel, your order may be shipped via:

  • Royal Mail
  • Amazon Shipping
  • EVRI
  • DPD Couriers

Our system automatically selects the most suitable courier to ensure fast and efficient delivery.


Express & Expedited Shipping

Customers who choose Express / Expedited Shipping will have their order prioritised and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (excluding Sunday).

Express orders are delivered using premium courier services such as:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24
  • DPD Couriers Next Day
  • Amazon Shipping Next Day
  • EVRI 24 Service

Orders weighing over 16kg will automatically be shipped using a specialist service to ensure safe and reliable delivery.


Delivery Timeframes

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Delivery: Up to 3 working days after dispatch
  • Express / Expedited Delivery: Usually 1–2 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, courier capacity, or seasonal demand.


Dispatch Delays

While we aim to dispatch all orders within our standard processing time, occasional delays may occur during busy periods.

If your order takes longer to dispatch than expected, we will upgrade the delivery to a Priority Next Working Day Service where possible. This may include services such as:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked
  • EVRI Next Day Delivery

Our goal is to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.


UK Shipping Only

Currently, we only ship orders within the United Kingdom.

However, we are actively working towards offering international shipping options in the near future, so please check back soon for updates.


Delivery Exceptions

In rare cases, deliveries may arrive outside the estimated timeframes due to circumstances beyond our control (for example courier delays, weather disruption, or peak seasonal demand).

If this happens, we will:

  • Notify you as soon as possible
  • Provide updates on your shipment
  • Offer alternative arrangements where appropriate
