  • Rapid Rehydration

Isotonic formula with electrolytes and simple glucose enables fast absorption to restore fluid balance. 300 mOsm/l.

  • Supports Gut Health

Functional amino acids Glutamate and Glycine nourish enterocytes, helping maintain mucosal integrity & accelerate gut repair during illness or fasting.

  • Supports Immune System

Prebiotic FOS+ supports beneficial gut flora and immune function.

Water is essential for Life

All organs and cells need hydration to function.

Fluid balance drives perfusion, nutrient delivery and mucosal integrity. In acute GI cases and hypovolaemia, electrolyte shifts begin early – before food intake has resumed.

Oral Rehydration Support (ORS) provides a first line intervention that can reduce IV reliance, support enterocyte energy and maintain barrier function from Day 1.

Olfactory System

Human >6m | Cats >80m | Dogs >300m

Dogs’ sense of smell can detect substances in the parts-per-trillion range. Eg, detect 1 droplet in equivalent x20 Olympic size swimming pools. “Even trace amounts of chlorine or chloramine, undetectable to us may register to their nose and reduce voluntary drinking.”

Ever wonder why pets drink from muddy puddles?
Rain water is often more pure than tap water.

Free from citrates and artificial preservatives.

Increases fluid intake by 10x compared to plain water

Microenteral Nutrition

Helping Feed Patients Earlier

Microenteral Nutrition Protocol – 20 kg Dog
• Start: 2 hrs after vomiting stops
• Initial rate: 0.5 ml/kg/hr (≈10 ml/hr for 20 kg dog)
• Increase: +50% every 4 hrs as tolerated
• At 24 hrs: begin introducing easily digestible GI diet
(earlier if tolerated)
• Continue Oralade alongside food to maintain hydration
& gut energy supply

When the gut stops receiving nutrients, it starts to break down.

Within hours of anorexia or fasting, the intestinal mucosa begins to atrophy - reducing absorption, weakening the barrier, and increasing the risk of bacterial translocation.

Microenteral Nutrition provides the gut with the small, easily absorbed nutrients it needs to stay alive and function.
